Luke Hockley
He has three key skills; He finds and helps groups solve the real problem, he makes difficult things easy to understand and he tells a great story.
His unique combination of curiosity, insight, people skills, group facilitation, forward thinking, strategic problem solving, passion, compassion and storytelling is a result of his diverse life experience. He has a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Graphic Art, is a qualified Alexander Technique Teacher, is a practicing artist and has run a successful small business for many years.
He works closely with organisations in health, social justice and the environment to assist Boards, CEO's, Executives and Senior Leaders to:
Resolve strategic tensions (Should we do this or that...why?)
Position organisations or projects (Identifying and articulating the vision and role)
Engage internal and external stakeholders in strategic questions
Develop their Strategic Plan
He has positioned or developed strategic plans for numerous organisations, including:
